Kendal J. Britton
Ken is a principal of Britton-Adamo Group, LLC dba ROI Appraisal, located in Henderson, Nevada, where he performs a variety of real estate valuation and consulting services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, and surrounding communities. He has been in this position since 1997 and has performed appraisals on a variety of property types including retail shopping centers; industrial facilities; office buildings; vacant land; single-family residential subdivisions; apartment complexes; master-planned communities; mixed-use projects; and a variety of special use properties.
Prior to joining ROI Appraisal, Ken worked as a Real Estate Specialist in the Financial Advisory Services group of Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Las Vegas. At Coopers & Lybrand, Ken was involved in a variety of real estate related assignments including a number of large litigation cases involving the valuation of real estate throughout the United States. Before joining Coopers & Lybrand, Ken was a commercial real estate appraiser in San Diego, California.
Ken has a Certified General Appraiser Certificate in the State of Nevada, which he has held since 1995. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Physics from the University of California at San Diego.
Luke J. Adamo, MAI
Luke is one of the principals of Britton-Adamo Group, LLC dba ROI Appraisal, located at 55 South Gibson Road, Suite 104, Henderson, Nevada 89012. Luke is an independent fee appraiser and has been in the real estate appraisal industry since 2002. He been a resident of Las Vegas since 1992 and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2015, he earned an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Luke Adamo has been actively involved in the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, where he currently serves as Vice President after 4 years of serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Within the organization, he was part of the development of the Las Vegas Market Symposium. Luke is also actively involved in other professional organizations, including NAIOP, where he serves on the Bus Tour Committee, an annual showcase of development projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Mr. Adamo prides himself on being actively involved in the Las Vegas community. He is part of the 2016 Class of Leadership Las Vegas, with the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Foundation. This is considered to be Southern Nevada’s premier community leadership development program, which includes a 10-month comprehensive program designed to enhance leadership skills, develop deep awareness and understanding of the community and join a network of engaged leaders. In addition, Luke serves on the Governing Body, as Vice-Chair of Nevada State High School. NSHS is a charter school who’s mission is to support students in a college environment with personal, academic and social skills.
